I am a firm believer that counseling can benefit the personal growth of any individual. In a therapeutic relationship, this growth comes through the ongoing journey where you are able to safely discuss mental illness, process difficult events, and learn tools for holistic healing. I believe it is my job as a counselor to assist you in uncovering solutions, building confidence, and finding direction in life. I place a high value on therapeutic, non-judgmental relationships centered around deep listening.
I am a Christian and if you would like to discuss your Christian faith, I would be happy to offer faith-based counseling. However, if you are not a Christian I will not impose my faith or morals during our session. I counsel clients of all faiths and beliefs and respect all worldviews. By exploring one's family system, culture, and spirituality I believe they will find the strength within themselves to change and find healing transformation. I would be honored to sit alongside you in your path to healing. I am passionate about all the areas of focus listed in the section below with an emphasis on working with women, adolescents, and young adults.
I have been a practicing counselor in the field since 2017 and I received my Master's degree in Counseling from Multnomah University in Portland, OR, and a Bachelor’s degree from Biola University in Southern California. I work with individuals and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of Oregon.
Originally from Southern California, I moved to Oregon in my young 20's and have enjoyed the beauty of the PNW since. I enjoy spending quality time with my family, friends, and of course our dogs. I love learning about others and cannot wait to get to know you.
